I am Francesco Montinaro, personal trainer and beach volleyball coach.

I have a degree in Motor Sciences and I have specialized in Sport Sciences and Techniques; I have enriched my career by participating in numerous training courses to explore topics such as coaching and the principles of training and nutrition.

Sport has always been part of my life and has taught me a lot. The experiences I have had as an athlete and as a coach, as well as the great people I have had the opportunity to meet along the way, have given me a mindset that I try to share with those around me on a daily basis.

Sport teaches you how to live, because basically life – like sport – is a continuous challenge. For me, therefore, it is a tool for transmitting values, a mentality, a way of thinking and reasoning, of acting and reacting.




This path is designed for those who are not satisfied with their physical state. It doesn't matter if you want to lose weight or gain muscle; in both cases this is the right path for you. You want to get involved to improve your lifestyle and your physical appearance but do not know where to start, or you're already trying but do not see tangible results: let's try together!



The SPORTS PERFORMANCE course is aimed at people who want to have an adequate and specific physical preparation for the sport they practice. It doesn't matter if you are a professional or an amateur; if you practice a sport, you certainly need to prepare yourself physically for two reasons: to prevent injuries and to improve your performance. If you are at the stage where you would like to reach more ambitious goals and take a step further in your discipline, but you have no idea how to structure your workout progression in the gym, this is the right path for you!
